| Martial Arts can offer a life changing experience by empowering people with new found confidence and focus whilst making them stronger, slimmer and fitter. For those who haven't done much exercise in the past, the results can be dramatic as they shed unwanted pounds, rid themselves of excess fat and improve their fitness and flexibility, in some cases seemingly overnight |
Those who take up the leadership challenge will need to become role models and mentors helping to bring out the best in people, enabling them to overcome peer pressure, increase their confidence and equip them with martial arts and self-defence skills.

One of the most rewarding aspects of martial arts is being able to pass on your skills to others and to recognise that you have equipped and empowered them with greater confidence. It is our firmly held belief that everyone has the ability to achieve Black Belt and to exhibit leadership qualities.
Instructor Training Programme
Our Black Belt Academy Instructor Training Programme (ITP) provides those who have the conviction to want to work in a truly inspirational environment with an opportunity to realise their dreams whilst helping people as a role model, with life changing progress and development. We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated, who want to be part of a leadership team and who would be interested in an instructional position.
In order to provide the best possible service we need to ensure that those selected to take the leadership challenge get access to the best training. The training includes physical skills, martial arts philosophy, lessons plans, class management, first aid, child protection and much more. Obviously you will be required to possess Martial Arts skills and experience, or which can be achieved through this academy via one of our programmes.
The training can take up to two years and does involve fulfilling a role as a trainee instructor in a variety of classes where you will be personally mentored by a senior instructor.
You can achieve a full or part-time income doing what you love for a living.
