Trowbridge Instructor Matt Davies has many years of 'Sport Taekwondo' experience having competed at both national and international level

Matt who found much success in 'Sport Taekwondo' from an early age is keen to share his passion with others and to pass on his knowledge and skills and to encourage an active interest in competitive sport through Taekwondo.

He says: "I love the thrill of Taekwondo and competing. Although I started out in traditional Martial Arts, the sporting side is the part that makes me tick. Challenging myself and testing my skills against others is so rewarding, regardless of whether I win or lose!"

'Sport' Taekwondo training is enjoyed by people of all ages, irrespective of whether or not they actually wish to compete. Learning strategies, techniques and combinations whilst improving their speed, flexibility and stamina can be achieved through specialised tuition and paddle drills.

It offers people, particularly children, an exciting alternative to traditional Martial Arts training and provides a modern outlet for a new breed of Taekwondo enthusuast.
